电致变色玻璃是一个具有广阔市场前景的新兴高端材料行业。将自动化设备技术应用于电致变色玻璃生产中可有效提升生产效率、提高良品率、降低操作人员工作强度,提升整体自动化水平,推进变色玻璃行业加速发展。但在自动化设备技术与电致玻璃生产结合应用的过程中会存在一些技术难点。该文对此进行研究并给出相应的自动化解决方案。

Electrochromic glass is an emerging high-end material industry with broad market prospects.The application of automation equipment technology in the production of electrochromic glass can effectively improve production efficiency,improve yield,reduce the work intensity of operators,improve the overall automation level,and promote the accelerated development of the electrochromic glass industry.However,there will be some technical difficulties in the process of combining the automation equipment technology with the production of electric glass.This paper will also study this and give corresponding automation solutions.
