Research on Reconstruction and Reinforcement Technology of Campus Buildings in Cold Regions

现今我国高校事业处于快速发展阶段,呈现出“一校多区”的管理开展模式。相对于新校区的建设,老校区在建筑施工中,普遍的存在着建材选料和设计等使用效率低以及观赏性差等多种问题,如一味拆建,与我国的可持续发展理论相悖,而校园建筑改造,就凸显出自身投资小、工期短以及见效快等多种优势,已经成为高校建设工作开展的重点所在。

At present,the cause of colleges and universities in China is in a rapid development stage,showing a"one school with multiple districts"management mode.Compared with the construction of the new campus,in the construction of the old campus,there are many problems,such as low use efficiency of building materials selection and design and poor ornamental performance.For example,blindly demolishing and constructing is contrary to the theory of sustainable development in China.However,the campus building reconstruction has highlighted its advantages of small investment,short construction period and quick effect,which has become the focus of the university construction work.
