Standards should be developed, meanwhile control targets should be optimized for soil and water conservation evaluation of production and construction projects. Supervision and management system should be improved, and the law enforcement system should be strengthened. The administrative review and comprehensively implement commitment management for water and soil conservation of production and construction projects should be canceled to further optimize the business environment.
