物流园区快速发展的同时也暴露出某些问题,从而阻碍着物流园区的可持续发展,然而在处理这些问题过程中,能够从发达国家中成熟的物流园园区规划设计中吸取有效经验,进一步促进我国物流园区的长足发展。文章针对我国物流园区规划设计中现有的问题进行探讨和分析,为物流园的成熟发展提供有效参考意见。

The rapid development of logistics parks has also exposed certain problems, thus hindering the sustainable development of logistics parks. However, in the process of dealing with these problems, effective experience can be drawn from the planning and design of mature logistics parks in developed countries to further promote the long-term development of logistics parks in China.This paper discusses and analyses the existing problems in the planning and design of logistics parks in China to provide effective references for the mature development of logistics parks.
