被动式建筑在西北地区的应用适宜性探讨

Discussion on the Application Suitability of Passive Buildings in Northwest China

“双碳”目标的提出给建筑向低能耗、近零能耗发展提出了更高的要求,被动式建筑在国内的应用是必然趋势。随着居民收入水平的提高和生活方式的转变,建筑节能水平还亟待提高。鉴于我国仍处在被动式建筑起步阶段,本文从气候适应性和当前产业结构分析探讨了处于寒冷及严寒地区的西北地区应大力推广和发展被动式建筑的机遇。

With the proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,higher requirements have been put forward for the development of buildings to low energy consumption and near-zero energy consumption, so the application of passive buildings in China is an inevitable trend. With the improvement of residents’ income level and the change of lifestyle, the level of building energy conservation still needs to be improved. As China is still in the initial stage of passive architecture, this paper discusses the opportunities for the Northwest China in the cold and freezing areas to vigorously promote and develop passive buildings from the perspective of climate adaptation and current industrial structure analysis.
