摘要
装配式建筑是建筑业向信息化、数字化、工业化、智能化等方向发展的关键性标杆。论文立足城市整体规划与生态低碳的建设要求,对装配式建筑发展中面临的政策、机制、技术等制约因素加以剖析,客观认识到装配式建筑推广应用存在的限制,并提出完善装配式建筑政策制度、制定装配式建筑发展激励举措、加大BIM等技术在装配式建筑中的应用等对策,健全完善科技运用体系,为节能减排、绿色低碳的城市建设发展要求下装配式建筑的普及与应用提供科学、可行的对策。
Prefabricated building is the key benchmark for the construction industry to develop in the direction of information,digitalization, industrialization and intelligence. Based on the requirements of overall urban planning and ecological low-carbon construction, this paper analyzes the restrictive factors such as policy, mechanism and technology in the development of prefabricated buildings, objectively recognizes the many restrictions existing in the promotion and application of prefabricated buildings, and proposes to improve the policy system of prefabricated buildings, formulate incentive measures for the development of prefabricated buildings, increase the application of emerging technologies such as BIM in prefabricated buildings, and improve the application system of science and technology. It provides scientific and feasible countermeasures for the popularization and application of prefabricated buildings under the requirements of energy saving, emission reduction, green and low-carbon urban construction and development.
