摘要
公路工程施工工艺复杂,包括路基、路面、桥梁、涵洞、排水系统、绿化工程等,各参建方在各环节产生的数据均需密切沟通,以推动各个工艺作业与业务流程的有序开展、协同处理。BIM模型是贯穿BIM技术在工程管理中应用始终的关键元素,是工程规划、设计、施工、运营等协作单位协同工作的基础,可实现快速算量、碰撞检查、冲突协调、虚拟施工。文章通过对公路工程对象三维模拟,可为图纸会审与三维技术交底、公路工程关键施工工艺仿真、施工过程模拟、施工动态控制等提供技术支撑,实现公路工程的标准化施工与精细化管理,确保公路工程安全、质量和进度全面受控。
The construction technology of highway engineering is complex, including subgrade, pavement, bridge, culvert, drainage system, greening project, etc. The data generated by each construction party in each link must be closely communicated, so as to promote the orderly development and collaborative processing of each process operation and business process. BIM model is the key element throughout the application of BIM technology in engineering management, and it is the foundation of collaborative work of engineering planning, design, construction, operation and other collaborative units. It can realize quick calculation, collision inspection, conflict coordination and virtual construction. Through 3D simulation of highway engineering objects, this paper can provide technical support for drawing review and 3D technical disclosure, simulation of key construction technology, simulation of construction process and dynamic construction control of highway engineering, so as to realize standardized construction and fine management of highway engineering, and ensure comprehensive control of safety, quality and progress of highway engineering.
