摘要
随着城市体检评估的深入研究,如何充分利用信息化手段实现体检工作的常态化和智能化转型成为关键。本文以常州市为例,依托于常州市国土空间基础信息平台,开发集“数据采集、指标构建、模型分析、体检评估、专题应用”于一体的城市体检智能评估系统,实现模块化配置评估内容、体检指标“一张图”展示及城市发展健康评估等功能,从而为精准诊断“城市病”、精细化管理城市提供科学决策支持,确保“一年一体检、五年一评估”机制的长效运行。
With the in-depth study of urban physical examination evaluation, how to make full use of information technology to realize the normalization and intelligent transformation of physical examination work has become the key. Taking Changzhou as an example, this paper develops an urban physical examination intelligent evaluation system that integrates “data collection, index construction, model analysis, physical examination evaluation, and special application”,relying on the Changzhou land spatial information platform. The system realizes the functions of modular configuration evaluation contents, “One Map” display of physical examination indexes and urban development health evaluation, so as to provide scientific decision support for accurate diagnosis of “urban disease” and fine management of cities, and ensure the long-term operation of the mechanism of “one-year examination and five-year assessment”.
