摘要
面向新时代国土空间规划需求和生态文明思想指引,探索了测绘地理信息大数据服务城市形态科学布局和精细管控技术路径,以大范围、多尺度时空信息为基础,构建“3D+”空间信息数据库,搭建国土空间规划平台,开展辅助规划方案审批、高切坡项目和市政工程项目方案论证与优化等场景应用,建立测绘地理信息大数据支撑的智慧规划设计模式。
Facing the needs of territory spatial planning and the guidance of ecological civilization thoughts in the new era, the technical path of scientific layout and fine management of urban form using surveying and mapping geographic information big data is explored. Based on large-scale and multi-scale spatio-temporal information, the “3D+” spatial information database is constructed, the territory spatial planning platform is built, and scenario applications of auxiliary planning scheme comparison, three-dimensional thematic demonstration of high slope projects and scheme demonstration and optimization of municipal works are carried out, and intelligent planning and design pattern supported by surveying and mapping geographic information big data is established.
