摘要
在自然资源部的总体部署下,自然资源确权工作正在陆续开展。在自然资源确权登记数据库建设过程中,存在大量机械性重复劳动。为了优化建库效率,笔者通过研究嵌入Python脚本的ArcGIS自定义工具箱,编写了一系列自定义工具,通过这些工具的自动化运行减轻了建库人员的作业强度,提高了建库效率,预计在单个登记单元建库环节可以节约5小时左右的作业时间,可加快自然资源确权工作整体进程。并且这些自定义工具在今后其他建库项目中也可以提供应用支撑。
Under the overall deployment of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the right confirmation and registration of natural resources is being carried out one after another. There is a lot of mechanical duplication of labor in the process of building database of the right confirmation and registration of natural resources. In order to optimize the efficiency of database construction, the author wrote a series of custom tools by studying the ArcGIS custom toolbox embedded in Python scripts. The automatic operation of these tools reduced the workload of database construction personnel and improved the efficiency of database construction. The link of building a database for a single registration unit can save about 5 hours of work time and can speed up the overall process of the right confirmation and registration of natural resources. And these custom tools can also provide application support for other database construction projects in the future.
