生态保护红线勘界定标关键技术研究

摘要 生态保护红线的勘界定标是完善国土空间规划体系、落实空间管控边界的重要举措。本文通过研究生态保护红线勘界定标关键技术,并以重庆两江新区照母山生态保护红线为试验区,完成了红线边界校核、界桩、标识牌点位预标注、现场勘界、成果材质选择及埋设。在目前国内在界桩、标识牌的布设密度及材质选择无明确规定的情形下,给出了具有参考意义的布设密度和不同材质的优缺点分析。 The demarcation and demarcation of ecological protection red line is an important measure to improve the land spatial planning system and implement the spatial control boundary. By studying the key technologies of demarcation and demarcation of ecological protection red line, and taking Zhaomushan ecological protection red line in Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing as the experimental area, this paper has completed the boundary check of red line, boundary post, pre marking of sign points, on-site demarcation, selection and embedding of achievement materials, which are widely used in boundary post. When the layout density and material selection of signboards are not clearly specified, the layout density with reference significance and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different materials are given, which has certain popularization and application value.
