摘要
目的:探究甲硝唑联合康复新液治疗对细菌性阴道病(BV)患者阴道微生态环境、辅助型T细胞1/辅助型T细胞2(TH1/TH2)的影响。方法:自2021年1月-2022年1月于我院接受治疗的BV患者中随机选取100例,采用分层随机分组分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者予以甲硝唑阴道凝胶等药物治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗方案基础上加用康复新液。记录治疗15 d后,两组患者治疗效果,比较治疗前及治疗15 d后,两组患者阴道微生态状况(pH值<4.5率、菌群密集度1~2级率、菌群多样性1~2级率)、TH1/TH2细胞水平[γ-干扰素/白介素-4(IFN-γ/IL-4)、白介素-2/白介素-4(IL-2/IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子α/白介素-8(TNF-α/IL-8)],对比两组患者治疗15 d内,不良反应(阴道灼烧感、恶心不适、小腹疼痛、皮肤瘙痒)发生率差异。结果:治疗15 d后,观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗15 d后较治疗前,两组患者TH1/TH2水平、阴道微生态状况均有上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗15 d内,两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲硝唑阴道凝胶联合康复新液治疗BV具有较好的治疗效果,可改善阴道微生态环境,调节免疫功能,治疗安全,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the effects of metronidazole combined with Kangfuxin solution on vaginal microecological environment and helper T cell 1/helper T cell 2(TH1/TH2)in the treatment of patients with bacterial vaginosis(BV).Methods 100 patients with BV who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group by stratified random grouping,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with metronidazole vaginal gel and other drugs,while the patients in the observation group were additionally given Kangfuxin solution on the basis of the treatment regimen in the control group.After 15 days of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were recorded.The vaginal microecological status(pH value<4.5,bacterial flora density grade 1-2,bacterial flora diversity grade 1-2)and the levels of TH1/TH2 cells,γ-interferon/interleukin-4(IFN-γ/IL-4),interleukin-2/interleukin-4(IL-2/IL-4)and tumor necrosis factorα/interleukin-8(TNF-α/IL-8)of the two groups were compared before and after 15 days of treatment.The differences in the incidence of adverse reactions(vaginal burning,nausea,abdominal pain,and skin itching)were compared between the two groups within 15 days of treatment.Results After 15 days of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TH1/TH2 cells,vaginal microecological status in the two groups increased after 15 days of treatment compared with those before treatment,and the above indicators were higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Within 15 days of treatment,there was no statistical difference in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole vaginal gel combined with Kangfuxin solution has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of BV,and can improve the vaginal microecological environment,regulate the immune function,and is safe for treatment.It has clinical promotion value.
