摘要 设计并制备了一种生物电化学型汗液乳酸传感器。传感器整体采用柔性材料制造,在聚酰亚胺柔性金电极基底上,通过电化学沉积制备电子酶介体层与敏感酶膜,使用柔性电路板实现传感器可穿戴。汗液中乳酸的检测采用生物催化原理,酶生物电极对基底物具有特异性催化能力,酶传感器可以实现对待测样品的选择性分析。实验采用电化学工作站对传感器的响应特性进行分析,结果表明:传感器检测限为小于5 mmol/L,检测范围(5~25)mmol/L,精度1.85%FS。 A bioelectrochemical sweat lactic acid sensor is designed and prepared.The sensor is made of flexible materials as a whole.The electron enzyme mediator layer and sensitive enzyme film are prepared on the polyimide flexible gold electrode substrate by electrochemical deposition.The flexible circuit board is used to achieve the wearability of the sensor.The detection of lactic acid in sweat is based on the principle of biocatalysis.Because the enzyme bioelectrode has a specific catalytic ability to its substrate, the enzyme sensor can realize the selective analysis of the sample to be tested.The electrochemical workstation is used to analyze the response characteristics of the sensor.The analysis results show that the detection limit is less than 5 mmol/L,the detection range is 5~25 mmol/L,and the precision is 1.85 %FS.
