摘要 水利信息系统运行可靠性关乎水利事业各项工作的正常开展。为了综合评价水利信息系统的运行可靠性,将可能危及系统可靠运行的主要问题作为一个评价系统,从运行环境、硬件、网络系统软件、人为因素4个方面分析影响系统运行可靠性的因素,建立了包含准则层、目标层和状态层等多层次的运行可靠性评价指标体系。采用AHP法和改进CRITIC法确定评价指标权重,构建基于云模型的水利信息系统综合评价模型。以一个供水工程决策支持系统为例,对该系统运行可靠性进行研究分析,并利用Python软件编程将综合评价结果可视化和直观化。结果表明:该决策支持系统运行可靠性更优,与实际情况相符,验证了评价模型的可行性。研究成果可为开展类似水利信息系统运行可靠性评价与研究提供参考。 Operation reliability of a water conservancy information system is related to the normal operation of water conservancy work.In order to comprehensively evaluate the operation reliability of water conservancy information systems,the main problems that may endanger the operation reliability of the systems are considered as an evaluation system,and the influencing factors of the systems’operation reliability are analyzed from four aspects:operating environment,hardware,network system software and human factors,finally a multi-level operation reliability evaluation index system containing the criterion level,target level,and state level is established.We use AHP method and the improved CRITIC method to determine the evaluation index weights,and build a comprehensive evaluation model of water conservancy information systems based on cloud model.Taking a decision support system in a water supply project as an example,the operation reliability of the system is studied and analyzed,and the comprehensive evaluation results are visualized and intuitive by using Python software programming.The results show that the operation reliability of the decision support system is closer to excellent and consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the feasibility of the evaluation model and provided a reference for research on the operation reliability of water conservancy information systems.
