高职招生多样化背景下人才分类培养模式实践研究——以襄阳职业技术学院食品检验检测技术专业为例

Practice Research on Classified Talent Cultivation Mode under the Background of Diversified Enrollment in Higher Vocational Colleges:Take Food Testing Technology Major of Xiangyang Polytechnic as an Example

在高等职业教育招生形式多样化的背景下,以襄阳职业技术学院食品检验检测技术专业为例开展研究,通过在制定人才培养方案、组建班级、实施教学、考核等人才培养环节探索实施分类培养。从实践效果来看,人才培养的针对性、适应性和实效性得到了提高,为高等职业教育专业教学改革提供新动力和新方向。

Under the background of diversified enrollment forms of higher vocational education,this paper takes the food testing technology major of Xiangyang Polytechnic as an example to carry out the research,and explores the implementation of classified cultivation through the development of talent training programs,the establishment of classes,the implementation of teaching,assessment and other talent training links.From the practical effect,the pertinence,adaptability and effectiveness of talent training have been improved and certain results have been achieved,which provides new impetus and new direction for the teaching reform of higher vocational education.
