以“双循环”为导向高水准推动永安药业战略转型

Guided by“Double Circulation”,Promote the Strategic Transformation of Yong’an Pharmaceutical at a High Level

“双循环”格局下,企业分布呈现块状化特征,集群作用凸显。文章在分析永安药业现阶段发展战略的基础上,挖掘其发展中存在的问题并进行了剖析。在“双循环”思路指引下,构建了新的发展战略。希望能够唤醒企业自主调配产业集群资源的意识,完善企业战略规划,进一步提升我国企业竞争力。

Under the pattern of"double circulation",the distribution of enterprises is characterized by blockiness,and the role of clusters is prominent.Based on the analysis of the current development strategy of Yong’an Pharmaceutical,this paper explores and analyzes the existing problems in its development.Under the guidance of the"double circulation"idea,a new development strategy has been constructed.It is hoped to awaken enterprises’awareness of allocating industrial cluster resources independently,improve their strategic plans,and further enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.
