高校党政领导干部讲思政课制度的现状研究——以福建省公办本科高校为例

Present Situation of Ideological and Political Theory Courses of Party and Government Cadres——A Case Study of Public Universities in Fujian Province

党政领导干部讲思想政治理论课是新时代全面贯彻党的教育方针、落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。自2015年7月以来,在中央的决策部署下,全国各地陆续落实执行党政领导干部讲思政课制度。福建省23所公办本科高校在贯彻执行中存在数量曲折上升、形式融合多样、育人效果有限等情况,需要进行及时总结、反思、调整,从提高政治站位、强化协同合作、健全评价考核、创新授课方式四个方面强化执行效率,让党员领导干部讲思想政治理论课成为新常态。

It is an important measure for leading cadres of the party and government to teach the course of ideological and political theory in the new era. Since July 2015, affected by many factors, 23 public undergraduate colleges and universities in Fujian Province have twists and turns in the number, diverse forms, and limited educational effects in the implementation, which needs to be summarized, reflected, and adjusted in time. To strengthen the executive efficiency from four aspects of improving the political station, strengthening the cooperation, perfecting the evaluation and examination, daring to break through the innovation, so that the leading cadres of the party members to teach the ideological and political theory course has become the new normal.
