摘要 为了提升电动汽车驱动电机运行性能的同时降低其电磁噪声,基于JMAG与modeFRONTIER对电动汽车用永磁同步电机进行多目标优化。通过JMAG软件构建电机的二维有限元模型,并通过电机空载特性实验验证其准确性,为电机多参数优化提供参考。考虑到作用于电机定子结构的低阶径向电磁力是电机电磁噪声的主要原因,以输出转矩平均值、转矩脉动为约束,12倍频径向电磁力最小为目标函数,采用Sobol法对电机多个结构参数的敏感性进行分析。通过modeFRONTIER进行寻优确定最优参数值,获得了兼顾电机运转性能及降噪最优的可靠结果。 In order to improve the operational performance of electric vehicle drive motors while reducing their electromagnetic noise,multi-objective optimisation of permanent magnet synchronous motors for electric vehicles was carried out based on JMAG and modeFRONTIER.A two-dimensional finite element model of the motor was constructed by JMAG software,and its accuracy was verified by experiments on the no-load characteristics of the motor to provide a reference for the optimisation of multiple motor parameters.Considering that the low-order radial electromagnetic force acting on the motor stator structure was the main cause of the electromagnetic noise of the motor,the average output torque and torque pulsation were used as constraints,and the 12-frequency radial electromagnetic force was minimised as the objective function,the Sobol method was used to analyse the sensitivity of several structural parameters of the motor.The optimal parameter values were determined by modeFRONTIER,and reliable results were obtained that take into account both the motor running performance and the optimal noise reduction.
