摘要 以洗衣机用外转子永磁同步电动机为例,通过理论分析、实际检测数据与噪声测试数据对比,阐述了一种有效且快速的永磁电机转子磁性能的在线检测方法。该电压差异百分比检测法可以快速并有效地识别出转子每片永磁体磁性能的波动。 Taking the external rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor for washing machine as an example,through theoretical analysis and comparison between actual test data and noise test data,an effective and fast online detection method of permanent magnet motor rotor magnetic performance was presented.The voltage difference percentage detection method can quickly and effectively identify the fluctuation of the magnetic performance of each permanent magnet of the rotor.
