数字经济赋能绿色经济发展的效应研究

Research on the Effect of Digital Economy Enabling Green Economy Development

数字经济作为构建高质量发展新格局的新模式,能够通过驱动经济增长、提高科技创新水平有效赋能绿色经济发展。基于2011—2019年我国30个省份的面板数据,通过运用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型和门槛模型等方法实证检验数字经济对绿色经济发展的赋能作用,结果表明:第一,数字经济整体上能够显著促进绿色经济发展,引入工具变量、Tobit回归、分阶段回归等稳健性检验后仍然成立;第二,数字经济能够通过推动经济增长、提高科技创新水平等途径间接促进绿色经济发展,并呈现出非线性特征的门槛效应;第三,数字经济赋能绿色经济发展的效应存在区域异质性,表现出东部最高、东北部次之、中部和西部最低的非均衡性特征。据此,从强化数字化基础建设、提高科技创新投入、挖掘数字要素等方面提出数字经济推动绿色经济发展的政策建议。

As a new pattern of high-quality development,digital economy can effectively engender green economic development by driving economic growth and raising the level of scientific and technological innovation.Based on panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019,this paper empirically tests the enabling effect of Digital Economy on green economy development by using two-way fixed effect model,intermediate effect model and threshold model,the digital economy as a whole can significantly promote the development of green economy,which still exists after the introduction of robustness tests such as tool variable,Tobit regression,staged regression and so on.Second,the digital economy can promote the green economy development indirectly through promoting economic growth and improving the level of science and technology innovation,and it presents the threshold effect of nonlinear characteristics.Thirdly,the effect of green economy development in digital economy has regional heterogeneity,which is the highest in the east,the second in the northeast,and the lowest in the central and western regions.Based on this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to promote the development of green economy by digital economy from the aspects of strengthening the digital infrastructure construction,increasing the input of scientific and technological innovation,and mining the digital elements.
