我国省域数字经济与绿色经济测度及协同互动效应研究

Research on the Measurement and Synergistic Interaction Effect of China’s Provincial Digital Economy and Green Economy

基于2011—2017年中国30个省份的面板数据,在构建评价指标体系的基础上对数字经济与绿色经济发展水平进行评价,然后运用PVAR模型对二者之间的互动关系进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)研究期内中国省际数字经济与绿色经济的发展水平在逐步提升,但从区域内部来看差异显著。与东部地区相比,中部和西部地区的发展水平有待进一步提升。(2)从互动关系来看,东部地区已基本实现了二者的协调互动发展,中部地区和西部地区数字经济与绿色经济发展水平相对较低,尚未形成良性互动。

The paper evaluates the level of digital economy and green economy by using the provincial panel data of China from 2011 to 2017.Based on the PVAR model,the coupling coordination degree and the interaction between the two is empirically analyzed.The findings are as follows:(1)The level of both digital economy and green economy has gradually promoted in 2011-2017.However,the difference is significant from a regional perspective.Compared with the eastern region,the development level of the central and western regions needs to be further improved;(2)In terms of interaction,the eastern region has basically achieved the coordinated and interactive development of the two,while the development level of the digital economy and the green economy in the central regions and western regions is relatively low,and a positive interaction has not yet formed.
