动物营养与饲料科学研究生国际化培养模式构建与实践

研究生教育是高等教育培养高层次创新人才的主要渠道,为科学技术创新注入重要力量。国际交流与合作日益频繁,研究生国际化培养势在必行。西南大学动物营养与生物饲料科研团队调研发现影响本学科研究生国际化培养的因素主要包括学生、导师和管理者,总结学者们的研究生国际化培养策略,构建全英文授课、全英文研讨会及全英文研究产出的“TSR”研究生国际化培养模式。通过该培养模式的实施,研究生的国际交流和科研创新能力得到提高,国际视野得到拓展。

Postgraduate education is the main channel for higher education to train high-level innovative talents and an important force for scientific and technological innovation. With the intensification of the process of internationalization and globalization, international exchanges and cooperation have become increasingly frequent, and the international competition for talents has become increasingly fierce. It is necessary to study international training. The scientific research team of animal nutrition and biological feed of Southwest University found that the important factors affecting the international training mainly include students,tutors and managers, summarized the researchers’ international training strategies for graduate students, and built a "TSR" model(teaching-seminar-research model) in English graduate student international training model. Through the implementation of this training model, the international exchange and scientific research innovation ability of graduate students have been improved, and the international vision has been expanded.
