新工科背景下农业机械化及其自动化专业改革与探索

摘要 为适应新工科建设背景下对农业机械化及其自动化专业人才培养的迫切需求,打破传统培养模式给部分农业院校人才培养模式带来的桎梏,积极探索新工科背景下人才培养方法与机制。农业机械化及其自动化专业改革建设从实践基地建设、课程体系升级、学生实践能力、专业认可度和考核方式5个方面入手,以政府、企业作为2个支撑点,构建校政企三方协同育人培养的新模式,以创新型、复合型、应用型的新工科人才培养为目标,共建实践教学平台,开展校企合作,完善教育教学体系。旨在为培育优质新工科人才提供建设依据。 In order to meet the urgent demand for the training of agricultural mechanization and automation professionals in the context of new engineering construction,and to break the shackles brought by the traditional training mode to the talent training mode of some agricultural colleges and universities,we will actively explore the methods and mechanisms of personnel training in the context of new engineering.The reform and construction of the specialty of agricultural mechanization and automation starts from five aspects:the construction of practice base,the upgrading of curriculum system,the practical ability of students,the degree of professional recognition and the way of assessment,with the government and enterprises as the two supporting points.We should construct a"new mode"for the training of innovative,compound and applied new engineering talents,jointly build a practical teaching platform,and carry out school-enterprise cooperation.Improve the education and teaching system.The purpose of this paper is to provide a construction basis for the high-quality cultivation of new engineering talents.
