巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接路径探赜——以云南省Y县S村为例

巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接是加快实现农业农村现代化、向第二个一百年奋斗目标迈进的现实要求,有其自身的逻辑机理。通过对云南省Y县S村进行调研分析,发现部分脱贫地区存在产业发展不健全、人才队伍建设不足、基层党建凝聚力不强、乡村文化建设薄弱及生态文明建设不足等方面的现实问题。鉴于此,提出要在产业振兴上用力、在人才振兴上聚力、在组织振兴上发力、在文化振兴上着力及在生态振兴上蓄力五大实践路径,以期为实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接提供有益借鉴。

The effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization is a realistic requirement for speeding up the realization of agricultural and rural modernization and moving towards the second centenary goal,which has its own logical mechanism.Through the investigation and analysis of S Village in Y County,Yunnan Province,it is found that there are some practical problems in some poverty alleviation areas,such as imperfect industrial development,insufficient construction of talent team,weak cohesion of grass-roots party construction,weak construction of rural culture and insufficient construction of ecological civilization.Thus,five major practical paths are put forward,such as the revitalization of industry,the revitalization of talents,the revitalization of organization,the revitalization of culture and the revitalization of ecology,so as to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization to provide a useful mirror.
