基于发明专利申请的心肺机国内创新主体竞争形式研究

Research of Competition Form of Domestic Innovation Subject of Cardiopulmonary Machine Based on Invention Patent Application

心肺机能针对心力衰竭和呼吸衰竭患者进行有效抢救,特别是其中的体外膜肺氧和技术能为心肺功能衰竭患者提供有效的循环支持治疗,进而为心脏、肺脏功能的恢复赢得时间,针对重症新冠肺炎患者有良好的治疗效果。本文从心肺机技术发展趋势分析、创新主体分析和专利竞争态势分析3个方面对心肺机国内外发明专利申请情况进行深入分析研究。通过本文的分析,希望有助于本领域技术人员进行相关技术研发。

Cardiopulmonary machine is effective in rescuing patients with heart failure and respiratory failure,especially the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation technology,which can provide effective circulatory support for patients with cardiopulmonary failure,and win time for recovery of heart and lung function,and has good therapeutic effect for patients with severe COVID-19.This paper made an in-depth analysis and research on the invention patent application of cardiopulmonary machine at domestic and overseas from three aspects:the development trend analysis of cardiopulmonary machine technology,the innovation subject analysis and the patent competition situation analysis.Through the analysis of this paper,we hope to help technicians in this field to carry out relevant technology research and development.
