摘要
为研究废植物油再生沥青的流变性能及再生效果,采用废植物油作为再生剂,制备不同废植物油掺量的再生沥青,进行温度扫描试验和弯曲梁流变试验,基于临界劲度模量对应的温度差值,提出了一种废植物油再生剂再生效果的新评价指标ΔT。结果表明:废植物油作为再生剂会降低沥青的高温性能,但能够大幅增强其低温抗裂能力。5%掺量的废植物油再生沥青具有与基质沥青相近的车辙因子、劲度模量和m值,兼具较好的高温抗车辙和低温抗裂性能。掺量小于3%的废植物油再生沥青的ΔT>0℃,表现为较差的低温性能和较低的再生恢复程度。掺量为5%的再生沥青的|ΔT|接近0℃,老化沥青恢复至基质沥青的水平,再生效果最佳。
To evaluate the rheological properties and rejuvenation effect of rejuvenated asphalt, waste plant oil was utilized as the rejuvenator to prepare rejuvenated asphalt with different waste plant oil contents. Temperature sweep test and bending beam rheometer test were carried out. Based on the temperature difference corresponding to the critical stiffness modulus, a new indicator ΔT that evaluates the rejuvenation effect of waste plant oil rejuvenated asphalt was thus proposed. The 5% rejuvenated asphalt has similar rutting factor, stiffness modulus and m-value as the base asphalt, which has good high-temperature and low-temperature performance. The ΔT of rejuvenated asphalt with less than 3% waste plant oil is greater than 0 ℃, which shows poor low temperature performance and low degree of rejuvenation recovery. The |ΔT| of rejuvenated asphalt with 5% rejuvenator is close to 0 ℃, so the aged asphalt recovers to the state of base asphalt, showing optimum rejuvenation effect.
