摘要
为研究气泡泡径对全机制砂混凝土工作性的影响,从全机制砂混凝土的流动度、坍落度和泌水率三个方面探究气泡泡径的影响。结果表明:随着全机制砂混凝土的气泡泡径在一定范围内增加,混凝土的流动性增加、坍落度提高;随着气泡泡径的提高,全机制砂混凝土的泌水率出现上升趋势;使全机制砂混凝土的工作性达到相对较优水平的气泡泡径范围为120~130μm。
The influence of bubble diameter on the workability of fully-mechanized sand concrete is explored from three aspects of the concrete: fluidity, slump and bleeding rate. The results show that with the increase of bubble diameter within a certain range, the fluidity and slump of fully-mechanized sand concrete increase;With the rise of bubble diameter, the bleeding rate of fully-mechanized sand concrete increases. The bubble diameter range that makes the workability of fully-mechanized sand concrete reach a relatively excellent level is 120 ~ 130μm.
