乐孕宁颗粒联合利托君治疗先兆流产的临床研究

Clinical study on Leyunning Granules combined with ritodrine in treatment of threatened abortion

目的 探讨乐孕宁颗粒联合盐酸利托君片治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年10月—2021年12月在郑州市妇幼保健院就诊的100例先兆流产患者,按照随机数字表法将100例患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组有50例。对照组患者口服盐酸利托君片,2片/次,每6小时1次;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上温水冲服乐孕宁颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。两组患者治疗14 d。观察两组的疗效,比较两组的腹痛、阴道出血、宫缩消失时间以及血清中妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)、糖蛋白抗原125(CA125)、T淋巴细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白3(Tim-3)、β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮、雌二醇水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的总有效率82.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者腹痛、阴道出血、宫缩消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清PAPP-A、Tim-3水平较治疗前升高,血清CA125水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组的血清PAPP-A、Tim-3水平明显高于对照组,血清CA125水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);治疗组血清β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 乐孕宁颗粒联合盐酸利托君片治疗先兆流产的疗效确切,可改善临床症状,调节PAPP-A、Tim-3、CA125、β-HCG、孕酮、雌二醇水平,安全性较好。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Leyunning Granules combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of threatened abortion. Methods Patients(100 cases) with threatened abortion in Women & Infants Hospital of Zhengzhou from October 2018 to December 2021 were divided into control and treatment groups according to random number table method, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ritodrine Hydrochloride Tablets, 2 tablets/time, once every 6 h. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Leyunning Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time,three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance times of abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, and uterine contractions, and the levels of PAPP-A, CA125, Tim-3, β-HCG,progesterone, and estradiol in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group(96.00%) was higher than that of the control group(82.00%)(P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance times of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding and uterine contraction in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment,the serum levels of PAPP-A and Tim-3 in two groups were higher than those before treatment, but the serum level of CA125 in two groups was lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05). The serum levels of PAPP-A and Tim-3 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but the serum level of CA125 was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of β-HCG, progesterone, and estradiol in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05). The serum levels of β-HCG, progesterone, and estradiol in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Leyunning Granules combined with Ritodrine Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of threatened abortion, can improve clinical symptoms, regulate the levels of PAPP-A, Tim-3, CA125, β-HCG, progesterone, and estradiol, with good safety.
