摘要 为降低微电网成本,提高需求响应调节负荷能力和减缓微网高峰供电压力,提出基于自适应混沌改进NSGA-Ⅱ的微网需求响应配置方法。首先,以微网运行成本和环境成本为多目标优化模型,再采用自适应混沌改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法优化求解模型,其中在自适应混沌改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法中引入混沌序列和采用自适应策略,并采用正态分布的交叉算子以及动态更新算子来避免传统NSGA-Ⅱ算法易陷入局部最优解的问题。最后,在算例中与MOPSO算法对比,结果表明该方法能够有效节约微网成本,完成合理的需求响应,保障用户稳定用电以及有效利用储能,提高了微网灵活性,方案具有可行性。 A demand response configuration method of microgrid based on the adaptive chaotic improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was proposed.Firstly,it took the operating and environmental cost of microgrid as multi-objective optimization model,then it used the adaptive-chaotic improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to solve and optimize model.Then,the adaptive-chaotic improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is introduced chaotic sequence and used adaptive strategy,the normal distribution crossover operator,a method of dynamic updating operator to avoid local optimal solution of traditional NSGA-Ⅱ.Finally,comparing with the MOPSO algorithm model,the experimental result shows that the proposed method can reduce the microgrid cost effectively,achieve reasonable demand response,ensures the user’s stable power consumption and improve the flexibility of the microgrid.It was proved that the scheme is feasible.
