摘要 近年来我国综合国力大幅提升,科教文卫的水平也有很大提升,工业环保越来越被重视。煤矿、钢厂等行业是我国支柱性产业,其资源勘探、开采为国民经济起到积极的影响。但随着环保理念的发展及国家政策的出台,煤炭企业也更加重视环保方面的工作,新技术、新设备不断地投入企业使用,使环保工作更加完善。本次设计主要针对煤矿勘测、开采中的供水水泵进行设计研究,使用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)、变频器等工具对供水水泵进行变频控制,利用外界输入控制供水量大小。基于PLC技术,通过变频器将频率信号进行A/D转换,PLC识别相应的信号后调节输出脉冲信号的频率,控制水泵的转速,进而控制矿井工程水流流速。 In recent years,China’s comprehensive national strength has been greatly improved,the level of science,education,culture and health has been greatly improved,and industrial environmental protection has also received more and more attention.Coalmines,steel mills and other industries are China’s pillar industries,and their resource exploration and exploitation have an absolute positive impact on the national economy.However,with the development of the concept of environmental protection and the introduction of national policies,coal enterprises have also paid more attention to environmental protection,and new technologies and new equipment have been continuously put into the use of enterprises to make environmental protection work more perfect.This design is mainly for the coal mine survey,mining water supply pump design and research,the use of programmable logic controller(PLC),frequency converter and other tools to control the water supply pump frequency conversion,the use of external input to control the size of the water supply.Based on PLC technology,the frequency signal is converted A/D by the frequency converter,and the PLC recognizes the corresponding signal and adjusts the frequency of the output pulse signal,thereby controlling the speed of the pump,and the water flow of the mine project will change with the input frequency.
