钙化性冈上肌腱炎临床研究进展

Clinical Progress of Calcified Supraspinatus Tendinitis

冈上肌腱炎是临床上常见的,以肩部局限性疼痛及肩关节外展功能受限为主要症候的软组织疾病,其中钙化性冈上肌腱炎最为常见。临床上对于钙化性冈上肌腱炎有效的诊断与治疗对于肩关节功能的预后康复有着重要的意义。目前对本病的研究尚不多,本文对钙化性冈上肌腱炎临床研究展开综述。

Supraspinatus tendinitis is a common clinical soft tissue disease characterized by localized shoulder pain and limited abduction function of shoulder j oint,among which calcified supraspinatus tendinitis is the most common.Clinical effective diagnosis and treatment of calcified supraspinatus tendinitis is of great significance for the prognosis and rehabilitation of shoulder joint function.At present,there are few studies on this disease.This article reviews the clinical studies on calcified supraspinatus tendinitis.
