灸法治疗原发性痛经作用机制的研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanism of Moxibustion in Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

原发性痛经(Primary dysmenorrhea,PD)是灸法的优势病种之一,灸法治疗PD疗效显著,常见的灸法类型有隔物灸、热敏灸、雷火灸、督脉灸。本文在归纳灸法治疗PD临床证据的基础上,进一步对不同研究的试验设计、干预方式及结局疗效进行分析,从不同角度总结灸法治疗PD的作用机制,以期为灸法治疗PD的科学性提供理论依据。总结分析发现,灸法治疗PD发挥疗效的作用机制主要与其能调节内分泌激素、改善免疫功能、改善子宫微循环、调节中枢神经系统、调节相关信号通路有关。

Primary dysmenorrhea(PD) is one of the dominant diseases of moxibustion,and moxibustion is effective in treating PD.Common types of moxibustion include partition moxibustion,heat-sensitive moxibustion,thunder-fire moxibustion,and governor vessel moxibustion.On the basis of summarizing the clinical evidence of moxibustion in the treatment of PD,this paper further analyzes the experimental design,intervention methods and outcomes of different studies,and summarizes the mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of PD from different perspectives,in order to provide scientific evidence for moxibustion in the treatment of PD.Sex provides a theoretical basis.The summary analysis found that the mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of PD is mainly related to its ability to regulate endocrine hormones,improve immune function,improve uterine microcirculation,regulate the central nervous system,and regulate related signaling pathways.
