实现社会主义共同富裕需要消灭军事劳动和剥削劳动,即消灭战争和私有制,以完善人类劳动。在中国特色社会主义新时代要实现的共同富裕是人类劳动未完善前提下的社会主义初级阶段共同富裕。在社会主义初级阶段,实现共同富裕的劳动基础是高度智能化的复杂劳动,即以人工智能、数字经济为表现的社会经济基础,具体要求就是依靠数字农业、数字制造业、数字服务业的充分而有力的发展实现我国人民的共同富裕。为此,需要在科学研究、高等教育、提高劳动收入、引进国外高质量劳动力、规范股票市场发展、避免中间效用过度增长、建立社会保障体系、生态环境保护等方面做好夯实社会主义初级阶段共同富裕劳动基础的配套工作。

To achieve common socialist prosperity requires the elimination of military labor and exploitation labor,that is,war and private ownership,in order to improve human labor.Common prosperity to be achieved in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the primary stage of socialist common prosperity under the premise of imperfect human labor.In the primary stage of socialism,the labor basis for realizing common prosperity is a highly intelligent and complex labor,that is,the social and economic basis represented by artificial intelligence and digital economy.The specific requirement is to rely on the full and powerful development of digital agriculture,digital manufacturing industry and digital service industry to realize the common prosperity of our people.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in scientific research,higher education,improving labor income,introducing foreign high-quality labor force,standardizing the development of the stock market,avoiding the excessive growth of intermediate utility,establishing social security system,ecological and environmental protection and other aspects of consolidating the labor foundation of common prosperity in the primary stage of socialism.
