身痛逐瘀汤加减配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated with Modified Shentong Zhuyu Tang(身痛逐瘀汤) and Acupuncture

目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤加减配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组予以身痛逐瘀汤加减内服配合针刺治疗,对照组予以艾瑞昔布片口服治疗。2组均以2周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分),以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治愈1例,有效27例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%;对照组治愈0例,有效25例,无效5例,总有效率为83.33%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分、JOA评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05);且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤加减配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Shentong Zhuyu Tang(身痛逐瘀汤)combined with acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Shentong Zhuyu Tang combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with Imrecoxib Tablets orally.Both groups were treated for two weeks,a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,JOA score and adverse reactions of both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,1 case was cured,27 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,no cases were cured,25 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 83.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and JOA score of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Shentong Zhuyu Tang combined with acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on lumbar disc herniation with a low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
