摘要
将河南某金矿的不同给矿即氧化矿、硫化矿、半氧化矿按1:1:1的比例配成混合矿,混合矿通过0.2mm粒级开展泥砂分选试验获得精矿金品位199.27g/t、金回收率76.07%,尾矿金品位0.46g/t、金损失率23.93%,对比混合矿的现场工艺验证试验结果,混合矿泥砂分选试验获得精矿的金品位提高将近1.5倍,金回收率提高了7%~8%。
The different feedstocks of a gold mine in Henan,namely oxide ore,sulfide ore,and semi-oxide ore,were mixed into mixed ore in a ratio of 1:1:1.The mixed ore was subjected to a 0.2mm mud sand separation test to obtain a concentrate gold grade of 199.27g/t,the gold recovery rate of 76.07%,and the tailings gold grade of 0.46g/t,and the gold loss rate of 23.93%.Compared with the results of the field process verification test of mixed ore,the gold grade of the concentrate obtained from the mixed ore mud sand separation test increased by nearly 1.5 times,and the gold recovery rate has increased by 7%-8%.
