大直径深孔采矿破顶技术应用研究

摘要 为研究马坑铁矿大直径深孔采场破顶安全、经济、高效的爆破方案,本文采用弹性力学第一强度理论和利文斯顿爆破漏斗理论对破顶相关参数进行理论研究,最终在试验采场中选取破顶厚度约5.7m,药包埋深2.5m左右,微差爆破起爆,破顶单耗7.02kg/m3,破顶爆破取得了成功。 In order to study the safe,economical and efficient blasting plan for the large-diameter deep hole stope in Makeng Iron Mine,this paper uses the first strength theory of elasticity and Livingston blasting funnel theory to theoretically study the relevant parameters of the top-breaking.In the stope,the thickness of the top breaking is about 5.6 meters,and the depth of the drug embedding is about 2.5 meters.Micro-difference blasting was initiated,and the top-breaking unit consumption was 7.02kg/m3,and the top-breaking blasting was successful.
