轻骨料混凝土对桥梁建设碳排放的影响分析

摘要 减少基础设施建设碳排放,是一个重大议题。寻求混凝土建材的低碳化路径,对我国实现双碳目标具有重要的意义。本文提出了桥梁全生命期碳排放估算方法,将桥梁建设分为建材生产、建材运输、建造、运行、拆除五个阶段来分别计算,并根据配合比来估算轻骨料混凝土碳排放因子。通过桥梁实例,对轻骨料混凝土、普通混凝土、钢三种结构方案的碳排放量进行估算,得出轻骨料混凝土可降低桥梁建设的碳排放。结构工程采用轻骨料混凝土,是较好的碳减排技术路径。 Reducing carbon emissions from infrastructure construction is a major issue.Low carbon method of concrete building materials has important significance for realizing carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals in our country.In this paper,the carbon emission estimation method of bridge life cycle was proposed,and the bridge construction was divided into five stages of building materials production,building materials transportation,construction,operation and dismantling respectively.The carbon emission factor of lightweight aggregate concrete was estimated according to the mixture ratio.Based on a bridge case,the carbon emission of lightweight aggregate concrete,ordinary concrete and steel was estimated,and it was concluded that lightweight aggregate concrete can reduce the carbon emission in bridge construction.It is a better way to reduce carbon emission in structural engineering.
