摘要
某水泥厂水泥调配库由低碱熟料库单仓和混合材库、石膏库和普通熟料库组成的单排仓组成,各库体仓壁局部混凝土存在夹渣、孔洞、疏松甚至脱落等缺陷,存在环向和竖向钢筋部分外露、锈蚀、混凝土竖向和环向裂缝等缺陷或损伤,混凝土抗压强度整体低于C30设计强度。为保证调配库正常使用,结合工程现状,采用浮动锚对单仓进行无粘结体外预应力加固,并在外壁采用增大截面法加固保护;对排仓在仓内壁采用增大截面法加固,用钢板作为内衬,在加固施工时作为模板,减少施工措施费用;对低于C20的劣化混凝土进行置换加固;对仓壁裂缝根据裂缝宽度,采用表面封闭、环氧树脂浆液灌注等进行修复。经加固施工和竣工后使用实践表明,采用的加固方案技术可行、经济合理、工期短。
The cement mixing warehouse of a cement factory is composed of single silo and row silo which including a mixed material silo,a gypsum silo and a common clinker silo.There are some damages in the concrete wall such as slag inclusion,holes,looseness or even shedding,partial exposure,corrosion,concrete cracks,and so on.Besides,the overall strength of concrete is lower than the C30.In order to ensure the normal use of the mixing warehouse,the single silo was strengthened by unbonded external prestress with floating anchors,and the outer wall was strengthened by enlarging section.The row silo were reinforced by enlarging section on the inner wall,and the steel plate was used as the liner and the template in order to reduce the cost of construction measures;the degraded concrete below C20 wes replaced and reinforced,the cracks in the silo wall were repaired according to the crack width by surface sealing and epoxy resin grout pouring.The project practice indicates that the strenthening construction has the advantages of technically feasible,economical and reasonable,and short construction period.
