Optimization Research on Valuation of Concrete Formwork

针对传统混凝土模板工程定额将模板与模板支架捆绑计价无法与灵活多变的现场工艺、市场交易实际相适应的问题,对比分析北京、浙江两地定额的改进做法,结合现场工艺实际和市场交易实际,进一步探索将模板与模板支架分别独立计价,按实调整工料用量,以提升模板工程计价的现场科学性与市场适应性。

Aiming at the problems that the formwork and support are bundled for pricing in the traditional concrete formwork engineering quota,and it cann’t adapt to the actual situation and market situation.This paper compares and analyzes the improvement of quota in Beijing and Zhejiang,combined with the actual field process and market transaction,further explores the separate pricing of formwork and supportt,and adjusts the consumption according to the actual,to improve the valuation site scientific and market adaptability of formwork engineering valuation.
