摘要
随着老工业城市产业转型,大批工业建筑闲置,如何有效更新这些老旧工业厂区是城市建设面临的巨大挑战。本文从7个维度构建老旧工业厂区再生更新潜力评价指标体系,并基于多源数据,结合大数据GIS平台,用组合赋权和TOPSIS法建立评价模型,选取重庆中心城区颇具代表性的6个待更新的老旧工业厂区项目进行潜力评价,为老旧工业厂区再生更新的优先权提供决策参考。
With the industrial transformation of old industrial cities,a large number of industrial buildings are idle,and the effective renewal of old industrial estate is a great challenge for urban construction.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of renewal potential from 7 dimensions.Based on multi-source data,uses the subjective and objective weighting and TOPSIS method to establish an evaluation model combined with the big data GIS platform.Then,applies the model to 6 representative projects of old industrial estate that haven’t been regenerated in the main urban area of Chongqing to evaluate the renewal potential,hoping to provide a reference for decision-making of the priority of the regeneration and renewal of old industrial estate.
