摘要
为了减小参数变化对永磁同步电机(PMSM)最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制策略的影响,结合优化的电机模型,提出了一种在线参数辨识的方法。考虑磁路饱和及铁耗对电感参数的影响,对传统的电机模型进行优化,建立了电机运行参数的精确模型;同时将其作为参考模型,结合模型参考自适应算法进行电感参数辨识,从而实现在线MTPA控制。仿真与实验结果表明,该方法能够实现电感参数的高精度在线辨识,达到实时更新和跟踪MTPA轨迹的目的,提高了系统的鲁棒性和动态响应速度。
In order to reduce the influence of parameter changes on the maximum torque-to-current ratio(MTPA) control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),combined with the optimized motor model, this paper proposes an online parameter identification method.Considering the influence of magnetic circuit saturation and iron consumption on inductance parameters, the traditional motor model is optimized, and an accurate model of motor operating parameters is established.At the same time, it is used as a reference model, and the inductance parameter identification is carried out in combination with the model reference adaptive algorithm, so as to realize online MTPA control.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve high-precision online identification of inductance parameters, achieve the purpose of updating and tracking MTA trajectory in real time, and improve the robustness and dynamic response speed of the system.
