摘要
技能人才是人才队伍的重要组成部分,是推动技术创新和实现科技成果转化的重要力量。区域政府或企业对技能人才的重视程度可以用技能人才竞争力指数来衡量,该竞争力指数可分解为吸引力、保留力、培养力、创新力等四个二级指标。课题组以粤港澳大湾区某核心城市71家具有代表性的大中型企业为研究对象,对技能人才队伍建设现状展开了全面深入调研,构建了竞争力指数数学模型,该数学模型可科学分析技能人才现状,为政府、企业、职业院校等引进、培养、发展技能人才提供理论依据。
Skilled talents are an important part of the talent team and an important force in promoting technological innovation and realizing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The importance of skilled talents to regional governments or enterprises can be measured by the Skilled Talent Competitiveness Index,which can be decomposed into four secondary indicators:attraction,retention,cultivation,and innovation.The research team selected 71 representative large and medium-sized enterprises in a core city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as the research objects and conducted a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the current status of the skilled talent team construction.They constructed a mathematical model of the competitiveness index,which can scientifically analyze the current situation of skilled talents,and provide a theoretical basis for governments,enterprises,and vocational colleges to introduce,cultivate,and develop skill talents.
