Research progress of autoantigens in autoimmune diseases

自身抗原是自身免疫性疾病(AD)发病进程中的重要因素,诱导针对自身抗原的免疫应答进而破坏自身组织是AD的主要特征。AD治疗一般以对症治疗及控制病情发展为主,可选临床药物存在一定限制。近年人们对自身抗原的研究不断深入,通过抗原特异性免疫疗法精准防治AD能够避免影响机体正常免疫应答,有望为AD诊断、治疗及预防提供新的思路。本文将结合近期研究进展,对AD的自身抗原及针对自身抗原的治疗方法进行概述。

Autoantigen is critical factor in pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases(AD).AD is characterized by induced immune response against autoantigens and destroyed tissues.Current treatments of AD are based on symptomatic treatment and disease development control with certain restrictions usually result in limited options on available clinical drugs.In recent years,more insightful researches on autoantigens are conducted and via antigen-specific immunotherapy,prevent and control AD accurately,as a result avoiding to destroy body’s normal immune response system are avaliable,which shed light on diagnosis,treatment and prevention of AD.This review will combine recent research progress to outline autoantigens of AD and treatment methods by targeting against autoantigens.
