摘要
细胞焦亡是一种新发现的程序性细胞死亡形式。细胞焦亡作为一种固有的炎症反应过程,通过细胞溶解和促炎性细胞因子的释放而发挥重要的免疫调节作用。研究表明,细胞焦亡与病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝损伤、非酒精性脂肪性肝病以及肝脏中毒性疾病的发生和发展有密切的关系。本文主要对细胞焦亡激活的分子机制以及其在肝脏损伤中的作用研究进展进行综述,旨在为进一步研究细胞焦亡与肝脏损伤的致病机制奠定一定的科学依据。
Pyroptosis is a new type of programmed cell death which is different from other types of cell death.As an inherent inflammatory process,pyroptosis plays an important role in immune regulation by promoting cell lysis and release of pro-inflammatory cytokines.Previous studies have shown that pyroptosis is closely related to the occurrence and development of viral hepatitis,alcoholic liver injury,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and hepatotoxicity.In this paper,mainly reviewed the molecular activation mechanism of pyroptosis and its role in pathogenesis of liver injury,in order to lay a scientific basis for further study on the pathogenesis of cell death and liver injury.
