摘要
非洲猪瘟已经成为全球性问题,不是地区性问题。我国也在2018年遭受非洲猪瘟的侵袭,不仅给我国的生猪养殖产业造成巨大的经济损失,也导致我国的肉类供应的稳定出现一定的波动,在短期出现猪肉价格上涨的问题。为保证肉类饮食的安全和保证稳定的肉类供应,需不断加大猪瘟风险防控的措施研究。从非洲猪瘟研究的现状出发分析,尝试提出促进猪瘟风险防控的措施,以保证肉类食品的稳定安全供应。
African swine fever has become a global problem,not a regional problem.China also suffered from African swine fever in 2018,which not only caused huge economic losses to our pig breeding industry,but also led to certain fluctuations in the stability of our meat supply,and the problem of rising pork prices in the short term.In order to ensure the safety of meat diet and stable meat supply,it is necessary to increase the risk prevention and control measures of swine fever.Based on the research status of African swine fever,this paper tries to put forward measures to promote the risk prevention and control of swine fever,so as to ensure the stable and safe supply of meat.
