发热待查患者疾病不确定感及影响因素分析

Investigation on the disease uncertainty and its relevant influencing factors in patients with fever of unknown origin

目的:分析发热待查患者疾病不确定感状况及相关影响因素。方法 :采用便利抽样方法选取296例发热待查患者,收集一般人口学资料、疾病不确定感、激惹、抑郁和焦虑得分情况,分析疾病不确定感状况及影响因素。结果:发热待查患者疾病不确定感得分为(99.48±13.82)分;年龄、学历、婚姻、医疗支付方式、月收入、抑郁、内向激惹是疾病不确定感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:发热待查患者疾病不确定感处于中等水平,医护人员应对高龄、受教育程度低、经济负担较重、离婚或丧偶及抑郁、易激惹的发热待查患者采取针对性的干预措施,降低疾病不确定感。

Objective: To investigate the status quo of disease uncertainty and its relevant influencing factors in patients with fever of unknown origin. Methods: A total of 296 patients with fever of unknown origin were selectively enrolled into this study using a convenience sampling method, and the general demographic data, the scores of disease uncertainty, agitation, depression and anxiety were collected from all patients, and the status quo of disease uncertainty and its relevant influencing factors were analyzed. Results: The average score of disease uncertainty in patients with fever of unknown origin was(99.48±13.82) points.The age, education background, marriage, medical payment method, monthly income, depression, introverted irritation were the influencing factors of disease uncertainty(P<0.05). Conclusions: The disease uncertainty in patients with fever of unknown origin is at a moderate level. Medical staff should take targeted intervention measures to reduce disease uncertainty in patients with fever of unknown origin who are aged, divorced, widowed, depressed or easily irritated, with low education level and heavy economic burden.
