响应面优化法优化中性氧化铝脱除鱼油胆固醇工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of Cholesterol Removal from Fish Oil with Neutral Alumina by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 胆固醇摄入过量对机体健康产生危害。鱼油胆固醇含量较高,有必要脱除鱼油中的胆固醇。文章以中性氧化铝为吸附剂,考查中性氧化铝添加量、作用时间、作用温度等单因素对鱼油胆固醇脱除的影响,进一步以响应面优化法优化中性氧化铝脱除鱼油胆固醇的工艺。结果表明,最佳的胆固醇脱除工艺为:中性氧化铝添加量25%、34℃作用1.7 h,在此条件下,鱼油胆固醇脱除率为54.94%,且对鱼油理化性质和脂肪酸组成影响较小。 Excessive cholesterol intake is harmful to human health.Fish oil contains high cholesterol content.It is necessary to remove or reduce the content of cholesterol in fish oil.In the present study,neutral alumina was used as adsorbent and the effect of adsorbent dosage,adsorption time and adsorption temperature on the cholesterol removal rate from fish oil.The process of removing cholesterol from fish oil with neutral alumina was further optimized by response surface methodology.The results showed that the best cholesterol removal process was as follows:the adsorbent dosage was 25%,adsorption time 1.7 h and adsorption temperature 34℃.Under optimal condition,the cholesterol removal rate of fish oil was 54.94%,and had little effect on the physical and chemical properties and fatty acid composition of fish oil.
