油菜中类胡萝卜素组成与调控的研究进展

Research Progress on Carotenoid Composition and Regulation in Rape

类胡萝卜素是自然界中一类重要的天然色素,是人体、动物V_(A)的来源。类胡萝卜素是油菜花瓣颜色形成的重要因素,同时也是油菜叶片进行光合作用的重要辅助因子,其相关研究备受关注。文章对近年来国内外在油菜类胡萝卜素组成和基因代谢调控等方面的研究进行综述,对有效提高类胡萝卜素积累的方法进行探究,同时对未来开发油菜高附加值应用进行了展望。

Carotenoids are an important class of natural pigments in nature and a source of vitamin A for humans and animals.Carotenoids are important factors in the formation of rape flower color,and they are also important cofactors for photosynthesis in rape leaves,and their related studies have attracted much attention.In this paper,we review the research on carotenoid composition and gene metabolism regulation in rape at home and abroad in recent years,and investigate the methods to effectively improve carotenoid accumulation,as well as the prospect of developing high value-added applications in rape in the future.
