国际化背景下理工类高校新外语人才培养创新模式研究

UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF INTERNATIONALIZATION NEW ENGLISH TALENT CULTIVATION INNOVATION MODE IN POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITIES

在国际化背景下,理工类高校要依托学校学科优势和特色,构建外语人才培养新模式。本文以南阳理工学院为例,在探讨新文科内涵的基础上,分析了理工类高校外语人才培养现状,围绕人文素养、跨学科融合和创新发展等问题,提出了以突出立德树人、促进学科交融、服务地方经济社会发展、加强中外沟通、守正创新为内核的外语人才培养新模式。

Under the background of internationalization,relying on the discipline advantages and characteristics,polytechnic universities builds talent cultivation innovative mode.Taking Nanyang Institute of technology as an example,based on the connotation of the new liberal arts,this paper analyzes the current situation of the talent cultivation,puts forward an English talent cultivation mode which highlights moral education and discipline integration to serve local economic development,and maintains cultural inheritance and innovation to promote communication between China and foreign countries,focusing on issues such as humanistic quality,interdisciplinary integration and innovative development.
