风力发电机二级平行轴齿轮啮合的有限元分析

摘要 二级平行轴齿轮是风力发电机传动的核心构件之一。为了提高平行轴齿轮的传动性能,根据风力发电机的结构建立了二级平行轴齿轮的三维模型。运用有限元分析Ansys Workbench软件对两齿轮啮合进行了静态分析,通过分析确定了啮合处的受力薄弱位置。同时对现有的二级齿轮进行模态分析,得到其低阶固有频率和振型,防止齿轮啮合时发生谐振,为后续齿轮结构强度的设计改进提供理论依据。 Secondary parallel shaft gear is one of the core mechanisms of wind turbine transmission. In order to improve the transmission performance of the parallel axis gear, a three-dimensional model of the secondary parallel axis gear is established according to the structure of the wind turbine. The finite element analysis Ansys Workbench software was used to carry out the static analysis of the meshing of the two gears, and the weak position of the force at the meshing point was determined through the analysis. At the same time, the modal analysis of the existing secondary gear is carried out to obtain its low-order natural frequency and vibration mode, so as to prevent resonance in gear meshing, and provide a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of subsequent gear structural strength.
